📖 “In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and in trust shall be your strength.” — Isaiah 30:15
When emotions rise, our bodies often tell the story first—your chest tightens, your breath shortens, your shoulders curl in. These are signals reminding us to pause. God, in His wisdom, offers a better way: to slow down, rest, and lean into His presence.
Quietness doesn’t mean weakness—it’s strength found in Him. When we calm our bodies, we create space for His peace to enter our hearts. Just as waves settle after a storm, our emotions can be stilled when anchored in His Word and presence.
✨Try “breath prayers” today:
•Inhale slowly and say, “Peace of Christ.”
•Exhale gently and say, “Guard my heart.”
Repeat this 5 times, letting your body relax and your soul rest in Him.
