📖 “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind.” — Romans 12:2
We often underestimate how powerful our thoughts are. A single negative thought can snowball into anxiety, fear, or discouragement. But the reverse is also true—God’s truth has the power to shift our entire perspective.
Reframing doesn’t mean ignoring your feelings or pretending everything is fine. It means choosing to see your situation through the lens of God’s promises rather than the lies of the enemy. When your mind is renewed by His Word, your heart follows with peace, hope, and clarity.
💭 Example:
• Thought: “I’ll never be enough.”
• Reframed with God’s truth: “I am fearfully and wonderfully made” (Psalm 139:14).
This simple shift is life-giving because it places your focus back on what God says instead of what fear whispers.
📝 Take a moment today to write down one negative thought that’s been weighing on you. Then open your Bible and find a scripture that directly speaks God’s truth over it. Read it out loud and let His Word renew your mind.
