If your mind feels like it’s always running—analyzing, worrying, replaying conversations, preparing for the worst—you’re not alone. Overthinking can feel like a storm that never lets up. But the good news? God doesn’t ask you to silence your thoughts—He invites you to bring them to Him.
📖 “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.” – Isaiah 26:3
Peace isn’t the absence of thoughts. It’s the presence of God in the middle of them.
It’s not found in solving every scenario, but in surrendering them.
Peace comes when we stop trying to be our own protector and start trusting the One who already is.
So today, when the mental spiral starts, pause and pray:
🕊 “Lord, anchor my thoughts in You. Replace my panic with Your peace.”
You don’t have to figure it all out. Just focus on the One who already has.
You are safe to think, feel, and rest at His feet.
