God isnāt surprised by your angerāHe just wants you to bring it to Him.
Anger isnāt a sinābut what we do with it can be.
God isnāt shocked, disappointed, or overwhelmed by your emotions. He created them. What He cares about is how we steward them.
š James 1:19-20 says:
āEveryone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires.ā
That means your anger has a placeāit just needs a holy outlet.
š” Instead of bottling it up or exploding outward, try this:
ā¢Pray it raw. Tell God exactly how you feel. He can handle it. (See the Psalms!)
ā¢Pause before reacting. A holy pause can prevent an unholy response.
ā¢Process with truth. Ask: āIs my anger righteous or reactive?ā
ā¢Pursue peace. Not passive silence, but peace rooted in clarity, boundaries, and Godās wisdom.
ā®ļøYour emotions are safe with Him. But donāt stop at ventingāinvite Him into the fire and let Him guide you toward peace and power.
š„ Anger doesnāt have to lead to sin. It can lead to surrender.
